By placing an order on Veloura ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms.
Products & Pricing
•  All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
•  We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
•  Product images are illustrative; minor variations in color or packaging may occur.
Orders & Acceptance
•  Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
•  You must provide accurate contact and shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping Terms
•  Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days.
•  Delivery: standard delivery takes 7–12 business days from shipment. Delivery times are estimates; carrier delays, weather, or peak periods may extend them.
•  Free shipping on all US orders; Canada and Australia rates calculated at checkout.
•  We ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
•  Tracking is emailed once your order ships (allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate).
•  If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, contact support@veloura.store.
