Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7–12 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Shipping rates for Canada and Australia are calculated at checkout.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@veloura.store and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of shipment, please contact us at support@veloura.store so we can investigate with the carrier.
